Diana Kamalova stars in..."The Vale of Glamorgan"

Last Monday, I randomly set up an EBAY account in case I wanted to buy stuff or even auction off my paintings for when I get proper established within the artsy world. Hard task as artists all seem so clever and me, well I’m not smart like them at all! I’ve never enjoyed learning much about art history or even talking about clever stuff…never interested me. I’m just simple I guess. Deep, hidden, conceptual meanings would fly right over my head. My thing is, if I think the art looks cool, then cool. I’m learning though, I’ve been to a few galleries recently and have actually spent time reading the captions : )Anyways...I placed 2 paintings to sell off to see how the auction bit works. "This is a painting of Russian Supermodel, Diana Kamalova. She modelled for me at Playtime Customised 8. She is wearing designer Elle4Lisa. On the catwalk, whenever her back was to the cameras, she would cheekily stick her tongue out at me!

There are no flaws in the painting, the forest green background also extends to the sides of the canvas so framing is optional."

"The first time I ever had a band live on-stage for a Playtime Customised show. This was at Playtime Customised 5. The band is called the Objects and they are wearing the collection of Hannah Denton. This performance was magical as close to 1000 people were getting into the live music, the models played up to the crowd and the Objects rocked the place...was just an amazing sight.

I then set the auction time for 7 days. As the days went by, I realised the paintings were not going sell unless I told everyone it was on there. Like, there must be thousands of artists selling art and with doing a little research there were! I thought to myself, “SKANKS…EBAY SKANKED me!!” You see, when you put something to auction, EBAY charges you a couple of pounds each piece.The week passed and on Sunday EBAY sent an E-mail saying time was running out to bid. I still did not tell anyone and just put it down to lesson learnt.

However, today when the time finally ran out, I got 2 E-mails....one saying, "Your eBay item didn't sell: Playtime Customised Paintings Albie Espinola" and another "You've sold your eBay item: Playtime Customised Paintings Albie Espinola"The Diana Kamalova painting was sold!!!

SO YEY!! The painting has a cool new home, I'm happy.

The new owner is Paul, from The Vale of Glamorgan which is in sunny Wales!!
